Beneath The Glass: PrefaceI coiled around the corner, running without even a thought of looking back. Animal paws scratched at the wooden floors far behind me, only beginning to get closer to where my running figure was treading. I zigzagged through different halls, losing myself of where I had previously been. I suddenly stopped, not daring to move from my place, up against a wall, a dead end.
